Leading Islamic scholar and freedom fighter Mufti Abd-ur-Razzaq Khan breathed his last after a prolonged illness. The 96-year-old Mufti was also the national vice president of Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind (Maulana Arshad Madani faction). He authored more than 50 books.
