Althaf Ahmed, headmaster of the Madrasa Mufeed e Aam, a 125-year old primary school in Vaniyambadi, has been declared a ‘Best Teacher’ awardee by the Government of Tamil Nadu. He is one among the 369 teachers selected for the Radha Krishnan Award for the year 2018.
